* Must be 21 to book. We do ask for IDs of the guests staying. If the guest booking the stay is aged 25 and under a deposit of GBP 300 will be required by the property. We do also require a £300 deposit for certain festivals events.
* The registered main booker must be in attendance, unless notified
* Please inform us if you are a stag or hen party
* No house parties
* Check-in is from 3pm
* Check out promptly at 11am (our cleaner has aschedule) we unfortunately cannot offer early check-in or later checkouts.
*Only registered guests that are in the booking are allowed in the home unless agreed to with the owners. If more guests are seen leaving than confirmed you will loose your deposit.
* We have to adhere to a no noise policy after 10pm with us being in a residential area, we do live close by so can we monitor this.
*Any excessive noise or music after 10pm inside or outside the property will lead to an instant termination with no refund as complaints can shut us down.
* Strictly NO SMOKING of any form in the home or out the windows, only outside, there will be a fine if the home has been smoked in
* Free onsite parking is offered, but the property isresponsible for any damages to your vehicle or items stolen from your vehicle. However, CCTV surveillance overlooking the cars is available at the property.
* For the coverage of potential insurance issues only the Booking.com guests registered on the reservation or authorized visitors will be allowed access to the property and external entry surveillance monitoring will be enforced.
* We appreciate guests leaving the house as tidy as possible, this includes washingpotsglasses and pans, loading and switching on the dishwasher and any rubbish placed in bins and general mess cleared up. Any additional cleaning can incur partial deposit loss.
*Please make sure you check your emails or the booking.com messages, as we provide helpful photos for the day you check in. These photos are sent through the messaging system. The door code is sent the day of your arrival. The Booking.com 4 digit code isthe door code.
