The hotel is situated on the pedestrianised High Street. Access by car is at Stour Street. Please notify the hotel in advance if you require disability access.

If using a Sat Nav, please enter postcode CT1 2NR. Limited secure car parking is available on a first come, first served basis and charged at GBP 18 per 24 hours. If the car park is full then there are council car parks around the city or park and ride locations available. Please feel free to take your luggage to the reception desk who will happily look after it whilst you park your car.

The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. Guests that are making a reservation on behalf of another guest must contact the property.

Standard Double Room. Elegant rooms featuring a luxury private bathroom with a shower over bath. Also features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Tea and coffee facilities and designer toiletries are also provided. One of rooms is on the 1st floor and one of our rooms on the 2nd floor has a disabled accessible bathroom with a shower only (no bathtub). ;
