The Hotel, along with its manager and staff, willbe held responsible for any death, personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or expenses to any person or property, regardless of the cause, except in casesit is due to the negligence of the Hotel, its manager, or staff.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

For those guests with breakfast included, this willthe buffet spread of local and International produce, and a hot dish, cooked to order.

For guests with dinner included, this willa £25.00 per person food and beverage allowance. This is for adults only as rates are based on two people sharing. Childrens food and beverage to be charged as taken.

Any childrens food or beverage are an additional charge andincluded in the extra bedsofa bed charges.
Supplements arecalculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note guests wishing to book spa treatments need to book prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Treatments are charged as taken.

The Kings Head Hotel requires full pre payment of the total amount of your stay upon check in. The property requires pre authorisation of a valid credit or debit card on check in for any additional services during you stay.

Any loss or damage to items listed within the hotel inventory will be charged as required up to 30 days from the date of departure. Any damage to the hotel bedrooms or public areas will be charged accordingly no more than 30 days from the date of departure. If any damage means the room must be taken off sale, the hotel reserves the right to charge a full nights stay in addition to the cost of damage. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have been broken or damaged. This will also apply to any guest smoking in the hotel, for which a non-negotiable charge of £300.00 will be made.

Due to the layout of the hotel, some bedrooms areaccessible by lift and do involve stairs. Please let us know in advance if you require an accessible room, or assistance with your luggage.

King Suite. This air-conditioned room features a flat-screen TV, a seating area within the room, a refrigerator and a Pod Coffee Machine. Some Feature bedrooms can accommodate extra beds suitable for a child up to the age of 12 years (supplement charges apply, please contact the property to arrange this prior to your arrival) ;
Suite. Our spacious suite offers timeless luxury with architectural features making each room very individual. The Suite consists of one double bedroom and another twin bedded room. The double bedroom includes an ensuite with a large freestanding bath. There is also another bathroom with a large walk in shower. In addition there is a large lounge with a sofa to relax in along with a compact kitchen area. Although located within the hotel, the suite doeshave lift access and is on our second floor accessible by stairs.
