As a result, the front balcony is fully obscured by scaffolding and cannot be accessed or used at this time. The presence of scaffolding significantly affects the outlook from the property.
The works commenced on 6th January and were expected to take approximately four weeks, although timings are weather dependent. The latest completion date within the contractor’s agreement is 27th March, although the work is now completed, the scaffolding is still in place and we do not have a confirmed date when it will be removed.
